TIGER SEARCH IN INDIA
Our search for a tiger in the Ranthambore National Park in India finally paid off. We spotted one lounging on a hillside – quite a distance from our location. Eventually the tiger wandered down the hill to cool off in a small pond providing us with an excellent view.
Here is a short video of our tiger sighting. It’s hand held video so a bit shaky. But it provides as good sense of the experience.
Tigers are a vanishing species in the wild. The Tiger Preserve at Ranthambore is working to help stabilize and increase the population. It’s truly amazing to view these wonderful animals in their natural surroundings.
