On Sunday, May 28th, Kansas City was preparing to celebrate Memorial Day on May 29th. It was a beautiful day and a great opportunity for a bike ride through the city. It was a long ride as a passed through the Country Club Plaza, the Power & Light District, Union Station, Crown Center, the Warehouse District and the River Market area. Along the way, I visited several of the city’s special locations which honor our brave service men and women.
